Yes, most elementary schools have a teacher request policy, but it varies by school and principal. For example, the policy at WECC is to make the request in writing before classes are made. If you have older children and want your current WECC student to have the same teachers, I suggest contacting the school and asking about the policy for requesting teachers. I know teachers at several schools, and I’m happy to reach out and ask for teacher recommendations as well!
